The Impact of Consuming Excessive Sugar!

Sugar can trigger obesity, inflammation, and increased levels of fat in the body. This can lead to an increased risk of heart disease. Consuming too much sugar is also associated with atherosclerosis. This is a disease characterized by the accumulation of fat in the arteries of the heart.

4. Risk of Depression

5. Risk of Cancer

Excessive sugar consumption increases the risk of developing certain types of cancer. So, it is better to consume below the safe limit that has been set! It is even better if you only consume 25 grams a day or the equivalent of two tablespoons.
